Manage your weight:

Weight loss is one of the most effective lifestyle, losing even a small amount of weight if you’re overweight or obese can help a lot .As well as increasing your weight to achieve the ideal weight by improving the muscle mass will help you feeling better

Exercise regularly:

Regular physical activity — such as 150 minutes a week, or about 30 minutes most days of the week — can help you a lot achieving the goals of  the treatment and feeling better.
